Caring, engaged and helpful Chemists who have a great range. I have a dual diagnosis that's complicated and my dad passed away so I've had to relocate to the area so it's been hard at times. Amazes me that Warragul and Drouin are the same brand and don't let any negative experiences at Drouin deter you from shopping here. Common sense and kindness always prevail here and I can always rely on Warragul to listen and check records to help when Drouin can't be bothered helping.

I shopped there today, I had Shelby serve me, she took the time to explain the product which was a self tanning foam that I was buying for the first time, even going as far as writing down step by step instructions. Thank you Shelby, you are a credit to the shop. I find that this chemist is always helpful , yes sometimes you have to wait but on the whole great service.

Staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. Yesterday I was in quiet a frenzy trying to organise everything I need for my medically complex child. I had already been in the store and paid when my daughters specialist told me something else I’d require. It was 7pm on the dot on a Friday and the lovely staff let me quickly race in to get the 2nd thing I needed. If it wasn’t for their kindness and understand we very well would of ended up in hospital that night. So grateful to have such accomodating and understanding people in our community.

This has been my local chemist for the past year and I cannot fault them. The staff are lovely and the shop is always clean. Sometimes the wait times are long which is to be expected when they are such a busy pharmacy.

Came here as my elderly Grandfather was getting a Covid Booster. The staff were extremely friendly, patient and helpful. I am very grateful for how kind they were to him. The store is nicely designed so that it isn't cramped inside, and it's nice and clean too. Good range of products available on the shelves. Would happily come back here again in the future for any pharmacy-related needs.

I have been a customer for a few years now and at all times, I have experienced the best customer service, an incredibly kind, helpful team, including the chemists themselves - and could not possibly consider going elsewhere. Always helpful in locating / suggesting items required; no problem to order in, great communication, excellent app order service; and always friendly. I don't write many reviews, but this business deserves a 5 star ++ rating - sincerely. The level of trust which has built up is very rare - and one always feels welcome when in store. Fast service extra pharmacies on to handle extra people, fantastic customer service. Click collect option available online scripts in person assistance. Iv also previously done orders via phone and gone in to find them all organised for me. They also hold scripts physically and digitally!
